Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Oversees the daily operations in Clinic
- Reviewing medical records and conduct in-depth analysis
- Managing a team of TCM physicians
- Manpower and strategic planning
- Develop and review policies and procedures
- Undertaking any other work function assigned
- Reporting to chairman
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Traditional Medicine TCM
- At least have 8-10 years of experience in TCM
- Must be able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
- Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with both internal/external senior level
- Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers' needs
