• Industry/ Organization Type: Trading (Telecommunications)
• Position Title: Admin Sales Support
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 8.45am - 6.00pm; Alt Sat, 8.45am - 1.15pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to 4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers about contract renewals and additional service options.
• Explain current corporate plans, promotions, and upgrade choices.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
• Address customer questions, feedback, and concerns in a professional way.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals for yourself and your team.
• Accurately keep customer information updated in the CRM system.
• Update sales report every week.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied, and their contracts are processed smoothly.
• Keep up to date with the latest products, services, and promotions.
• Follow company guidelines and best practices in telemarketing.
• Provide a positive customer experience by responding quickly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure services are provided on time.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Open to applicants with less than 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge or background in telecommunications is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Able to influence and persuade customers.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs.
