JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations, Social Media and Corporate Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, manage corporate communications, and build strong relationships with media and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to execute impactful marketing, social media and PR campaigns that elevate the company's reputation and our brands' equity and visibility.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations, Social Media and Corporate Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, manage corporate communications, and build strong relationships with media and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to execute impactful marketing, social media and PR campaigns that elevate the company's reputation and our brands' equity and visibility.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Corporate Marketing
- Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
- Oversee brand messaging across all corporate channels, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns for corporate initiatives, events, and partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
2. Corporate Communications
- Act as a spokesperson for the company when required.
- Overseeinternal communication efforts to align employees with company values and initiatives.
- Manage executive communication, including speeches, interviews, and opinion pieces.
- Organize corporate events, press conferences, and sponsorship initiatives.
3. Public Relations (PR)
- Develop and manage corporate PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
- Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, speeches, and thought leadership content.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when needed.
- Secure media coverage in top-tier publications, both locally and internationally.
4. Social Media
a. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across markets
- Set clear goals for growth, engagement, and conversion, aligned with brand and business objectives
- Own thecontent calendar and posting schedule
b. Content Creation & Management
- Work with in-house and external creators to develop highly engaging, on-brand content (video, photo, memes, reels, etc.)
- Write captions, suggest trending audio, and keep content fresh and platform-relevant
- Oversee asset creation, curation, and approval processes
c. Community Building
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and spark conversation
- Identify and build relationships with brand advocates, creators, and micro-influencers
- Manage giveaways, live streams, and social activations
d. Insights & Optimization
- Track performance using platform analytics and third-party tools
- Analyze data to optimize posting times, content types, and ad boosts
- Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
Key Qualification:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate marketing, PR, or communications.
- 8 years of relevant experience working with public company or involved in post-IPO
- Strong media network and experience in managing press relations.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing, branding, and event management.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (algorithms, formats,trends)
- Strong creative eye - you know what looks good, what's trending, and what performs
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or user-generated content
- Fluent in Chinese speaking and written will added advantages.
