1. Administrative and Data Management:
- Handle administrative tasks related to data generation and marketing activities.
- Manage and execute various administrative tasks as needed.
2. Digital Marketing Execution:
- Provide execution support for digital marketing efforts on platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, blogs, and the company website.
- Demonstrate proficiency in electronic marketing.
3. Social Media Management:
- Visit project sites to capture photos and upload them to social media platforms.
- Update and maintain the company's social media channels, including blogs, Facebook, and the website.
4. Material Sales:
- Support material sales activities, including promoting products online and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Expand the catalog to include construction-related materials.
- Source reliable suppliers and ensure product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
5. Client Interaction:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, provide product information, and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of a Diploma from a local polytechnic or an equivalent qualification.
2. Skills and Competencies:
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with current IT platforms such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative and marketing tasks effectively.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Capability to support material sales and work closely with the sales team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
