about the job

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
• Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
• Setting up of tape & reel cum inspection machines
• Prepare, setup and qualify machines
• Machine assembly
• Setting up of AOI machines
• Machine alignment, teaching and testing

skills & experience required

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
• Clean room environment experience will be a plus
• Assembly & troubleshoot entire semiconductor equipment
• AOI machine troubleshoot & assemble experience will be a plus
• Training given to candidates with no experience
• 5 day work week (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm) + OT if required
• Open to perm shiftwork candidates are welcome to appy too
