Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Due to the nature of the role, work may occasionally extend beyond office hours.

Job Description:
We specialize in assisting Japanese companies in finding suitable rental units for their expatriates during their stay in Singapore. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an intermediary between tenants and landlords, ensuring clients' interests are well-represented.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Arrange and accompany tenants to property viewings.
• Facilitate negotiations on rental offers, counteroffers, and lease contract terms.
• Handle paperwork related to rental transactions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of tenants and referral partners.
• Provide after-service support, such as assisting with repairs during the tenancy period.

Requirements:

• Must possess an active real estate license.
• Must have a valid driving license.
