Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Enrichment Programmes: Lead and execute engaging enrichment programmes in Speech and Drama, Public Speaking, and Visual Arts as extracurricular activities in preschools and primary schools.
2. Individualised Student Support: Keep accurate records of each child's progress, addressing their educational and developmental needs on an individual basis. Complete progress reports for each semester to track and communicate student development.
3. Resource Management: Prepare and maintain age-appropriate teaching resources, manage attendance records, and update programmes as necessary to ensure continued enrichment.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with students, and school partners to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
5. Educational Background and Experience: Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, Theatre Studies/Management, Speech and Drama, or demonstrate at least one year of experience as an Enrichment Teacher in Gym Movement, Music, or Performing Arts/ Visual Arts.
6. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and school partners.
7. Positive Mindset and Creativity: Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a positive mindset to contribute to the nurturing and growth of students and the company. Showcase creativity and a love for imparting knowledge through artistic expression.
8. Training and Fresh Graduates: Training will be provided, and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, provided they possess the passion and drive for this role.
9. Bilingual Skills (Advantageous): Proficiency in both English and Chinese is advantageous, but not mandatory.
