Job Scope:

We are hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented eCommerce Assistant to support our daily online operations. You'll help manage product listings, assist with livestreams and social media content, and coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive online engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and website
• Assist in planning, setting up, and running TikTok livestream sessions
• Prepare and organize products, pricing, and promo materials for online campaigns
• Support in creating content for social media (photos, captions, basic editing)
• Respond to online customer inquiries and coordinate order processing
• Monitor product and campaign performance; assist in reporting and analytics
• Coordinate with the team on promotions, bundles, and discount campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in eCommerce, online retail, or digital marketing
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, or other online selling platforms
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to assist with bilingual content and customer support)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Knowledge or interest in motorcycles is a bonus but not required
