We are a professional brand chain operation company that was started 20 years ago that has now expanded into the retail space. We are looking for a new retail assistant to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations to customers
• Cashiering duties
• Addressing customer complaints & inquiries
• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers & vendors
• Fulfilling online orders
• Daily housekeeping. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Required Skills:

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
• Sales and persuasive skills
• Motivated and responsible team player with a strong sense of customer service.
• Responsible & high moral values
• Able to work on weekends and on public holidays
