• Handling the full spectrum of import documentation.

• Ensure order shipments are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and management.

• Coordination with forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely incoming shipment delivery.

• Coordination with warehouse on cargo arrival and updating of stocks for goods received.

• Handling the ISO/BizSAFE audit, various licenses thus needs a good understanding of Quality/Environmental Safety standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 18001, ISO 14001), SFA(Singapore Food Agency)regulations and requirements, etc

• Renew/apply for company-related licenses

• Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by management.

• Any other ad-hoc duties.
