Clinic Assistant

• Novena
• 5.5 days/week
• Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM-5 PM | Sat: 8:30 AM-1 PM
• Salary: S$ 2,000-2,500

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration and appointments
• Dispense medications and explain payment options
• Address phone and walk-in inquiries professionally
• Maintain medication and supply inventory
• Assist doctors with basic procedures (vitals, tests, equipment setup, chaperoning)
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization
• Support Clinic Manager/Doctors as needed

Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or Diploma
• On Job Training provided
