Our client, a leading international cold storage logistics provider is looking for a reliable and committed Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations at its Tuas facility. The successful candidate will supervise a team, oversee loading and unloading activities, and ensure cleanliness and efficiency in a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities, supervising a team of local and foreign staff

• Maintain stock accuracy and assist in inventory checks

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational SOPs

• Support manpower scheduling to meet operational needs

• Supervise and operate forklifts for loading/unloading goods on pallets

• Supervise basic housekeeping duties in temperature-controlled environments

Requirements

• Forklift licence required

• Minimum N-Level / O-Level / ITE / SPM qualifications

• Able and willing to work in cold environments (5°C regularly, -20°C occasionally for housekeeping)

• Physically fit, committed, and team-oriented

• Required to unstuff loose containers and restack cartons up to 15kg

• Able to work in Tuas

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (5.5-day work week)
