As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities designed to ensure that the compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Compensation Management: Oversee day-to-day compensation activities including salary reviews, bonus structures, and allowances. Ensure that compensation practices are competitive and aligned with market trends

• Salary Surveys & Market Analysis: Participate in industry salary surveys and conduct market research to gather data on compensation trends. Utilize this information to make informed recommendations for salary adjustments and benefit enhancements

• Design, benchmark, implement, communicate, and administer Long-Term Incentive programs for Leadership, Senior Management, and the Talent Pool across group companies. This includes managing new annual grants, special grants during mergers and demergers, and grants at key business life stages. conceptualize, design, and implement rewards strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent

• Partner with HRBPs, Centre of Excellence e.g. TM/OD team and business leaders to ensure our reward approach drive performance and business objectives

• Providing guidance to senior management on compensation and benefits decisions that support the Company's strategic goals

• Conduct evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the Company's compensation and benefits programs in attracting, retaining and motivating employees

• Integrate technology and AI into rewards processes and benefits management to keep pace with evolving work trends while enhancing efficiency and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant inhouse Total Rewards (or Compensation & Benefits)

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in consultancy firms specializing in compensation and benefits will be advantageous.

• Certification as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is preferred

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills are essential for this role

• Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills, an ability to act professionally regarding sensitive subjects, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

• High order of analytical & conceptual skills, effective usage of excel

• Must possess the capability to drive business partnering and analytical mindset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
