Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle-from validation to full implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, technical capability, and overall performance.
• Ensure proper programming of system devices and development of graphics according to project specifications.
• Provide expert guidance in system testing and commissioning, as required.
• Support the preparation and submission of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals when necessary.
• Ensure all project software and database files are consistently updated and backed up to the office server.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant working experience in a related engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LONTalk.
• Experience working with energy management systems, HVAC systems, chiller plant systems, or building management systems (BMS) is a plus
