Job Description
- Develop understanding of product, market, local infrastructure, regulation and laws.
- Ensure product availability in the markets. Scope: EPS product portfolio
- Ownership of the 0-12M Finished Goods volume forecast leveraging predictive analytics and insights and SC O2C process
- Translate future healthcare landscape changes to identify value adding opportunities
- Together with affiliate CVSP & CLM, design distribution strategy around customer requirements and implement
- Partner with affiliate CVSP, to bring great customer experience, gather feedback and act as voice of customer
- Explore, Participate or Lead opportunities in cost to serve efficacy, demand sensing and partner management
- The EP CVSP is a connector between the EP Squad and the E2E SC ecosystem, in particular the CSM and country CLM, for supply risks and issues escalation and championing for supply continuity and risk mitigation
- Informed by Country Supply Manager (CSM) and maintain oversight on supply & inventory risks in the markets
Principle Responsibilities:
AS the Customer Value Stream Partner:
- Understanding of future demand by identifying significant demand events in the next 12 months and developing knowledge on market dynamics of key products.
- Monitor Sales forecast performance
- Gather market information on tenders, reimbursements, government and policy, biosimilar impacts
- Accountable for iS&OP meetings, working together with EPS Alliance Managers, EPS Disease Area Leads,Global CSM, Affiliates Quality & Regulatory, Affiliate CLMs and external partners to ensure supply continuity
- Understand customers' paint points / needs by through internal & external partners and translate them into business opportunities
- Partner with affiliate CVSP, external partners, EPS Alliance Manager and Disease Area Lead on specific needs by customer segments
- Partner Affiliate PPOCs to develop customized solutions based on customer segment needs, if applicable
- Collaborate with PT colleagues to develop action plan, if applicable
- Drive initiatives to improve cost to serve and outsource management
- Supply Chain Analytics & reporting (e.g., logistic parameters) to drive continuous improvement
- Understand new technologies, market trends by researching new technologies to customer pain points and gathering information and practices to design and implement customer specific SC solutions
- Benchmark to understand new market trends technologies
- Connect with global Community for sharing knowledge and insight
- Enable efficient Pharma Technical Operations (PT) through insights generated
- Gather information on product and translate into supply chain implications.
- Build capabilities to implement product transition planning from affiliates and ensure successful handover and managing late lifecycle and divestments
- Understand need for transition products, handover coordination activities and divestment flow
- Co-create solutions with service providers in alignment with the guardrails
- Ad-hoc projects, tasks or activities assigned by line managers and senior management

Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, industrial engineering, management engineering or related discipline
- Fluent in English, very good communication and stakeholders management skills
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant commercial, finance and / or supply chain experience, overall 10 years of industry experience;
- Business planning and analysis experience with business partnering mindset
- Financial and accounting knowledge
- Solid business planning and analysis skills
- Very good Gsuite skills
- Solid understanding of ERP system
- MS Office Knowledge
