Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee renovation projects from initiation to handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve on-site issues.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Identify potential project risks (e.g., delays, cost overruns, material shortages) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve technical discrepancies between design and site feasibility with practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage change orders and maintain proper documentation of project variations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation and/or construction project management, with a strong portfolio in residential or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and perform quality inspections.
• Proficient in construction management tools and software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) is preferred.
