Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,700/month
• Gross Salary: Up to $4,300++/month (includes OT, bonuses, and night shift allowances)
• Sign-On Bonus: 1-month salary (upon confirmation)

‍ What You'll Do:

• Lead operations in your assigned section - Hot, Cold, or Grill (based on your expertise)
• Work hand-in-hand with Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen service
• Maintain consistent presentation, portioning, and flavor to high standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members - promote collaboration and discipline
• Uphold top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards (HACCP compliant)
• Monitor and manage inventory, minimize wastage, and assist with stock rotation
• Ensure accuracy in dockets, food labeling, and basic equipment maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie
• Skilled in Western or Chinese cuisine - highlight your specialty
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to lead by example
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Open to night shifts (with allowance provided)
