What You'll Gain

Work Schedule

Your Role at a Glance

• Be the First Impression: Greet, seat, and connect with guests to create a lasting welcome
• Drive Service Excellence: Ensure readiness of front-of-house operations and uphold service standards
• Handle Guest Concerns Gracefully: Respond to feedback and resolve any service issues confidently
• Coordinate Guest Flow: Manage reservations and optimize table turnover during peak times
• Inspire Your Team: Guide and support service crew, encouraging high morale and professionalism
• Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with Assistant Managers to elevate team and operational outcomes

✅ What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or F&B Management (preferred)
• 3-5 years of F&B experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts
