Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Executive to spearhead online sales growth across our e-commerce platforms, including our official website and key marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns, promotional planning, content development, and strategic partnerships to elevate brand visibility and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Marketplace Management
  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and our online store).
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to improve traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns tailored to various e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the promotional calendar, ensuring timely and impactful campaign launches.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance future strategies.

Content Creation
  • Create engaging content, including product descriptions, banners, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with designers and photographers to develop compelling visual assets.

Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and establish marketing partnerships, including co-branding opportunities and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee joint marketing initiatives to strengthen brand exposure and sales performance.

Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in consumer or retail products.
  • Proficiency in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and data analysis skills (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
  • Highly organized, creative, and results-driven with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
