Avant Group is looking for energetic and ambitious F&B Interns to join our dynamic team at Avant Marketplace, 129 Owen Road!

We operate across the entire value chain - from our B2B supply chain providing premium seafood and meats, to our retail front (Avant Marketplace), exclusive private dining, luxury yacht charters with full dining service, and popular BBQ catering.

This is Your Opportunity To:

• Gain invaluable hands-on experience across different F&B operations - retail, supply chain logistics, customer service, and potentially private dining/catering support.
• Learn the entire process: Understand how premium products move from source to customer.
• Work directly with fresh/live seafood, premium meats, and maintain retail fish tanks.
• Master retail operations, including shopkeeping, visual merchandising, and cashier management.
• Develop customer service skills in a premium retail and dine-in environment.
• Be part of a fast-growing F&B group.

Your Responsibilities (Job Scope):

• Day-to-day shopkeeping at Avant Marketplace.
• Managing the cashier and point-of-sale system.
• Handling, caring for, and displaying fresh/live seafood and premium meats.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our retail fish tanks.
• General retail shop maintenance and ensuring a high standard of presentation.
• Assisting with potential dine-in customers.

Who We're Looking For:

• Current students or recent graduates from Culinary, F&B, or Hospitality programs. (Students from culinary institutions are highly encouraged to apply!)
• Preferred Age: 18-25 years old.
• A true "hustler" - proactive, high-energy, and willing to learn.
• Possesses an "S Player" mentality: driven, responsible, and strives for excellence.
• Passionate about food, quality products, and providing great service.
• Not afraid of hard work and a fast-paced environment. This is a demanding role!
• Someone hungry for growth and sees a future in the F&B industry.
