• Position Title: Sales Associate
• Working Location: Ubi Rd
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Friday: 8.30am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about products and services and demonstrate products if needed.
• Keep updated on product knowledge through ongoing learning.
• Create invoices and delivery orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain a tidy and organized store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Participate in ad-hoc, periodic stock-take, and stock-count exercises as required.
