Job Description
Assist Department Chef with daily task and manage department. Assistant Chef to cover the roles and responsibilities of department chef.

• Responsible for the hygiene and assessment of the staffs
• Responsible for preparing dishes.
• Responsible on purchasing order for Department
• Responsible for processing various seasonings and cooking ingredients
• Familarise with cooking techniques, high cooking standards

Other ad hoc work arranged by the Superiors

Job Requirements

• Five years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine
• Good attitude, proactive and reliable
• Team player
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance
