Unleash the Roar! (UTR!) − is a national movement which aims to raise the levels of Singapore football, build strong support systems to nurture our next generation of talents and rally the nation behind the shared dream. It is a long-term, whole-of-society effort covering grassroots development, elite youth pathways, infrastructure and community / fan engagement.
Reporting to the Coach Development & Scouting Team Lead, your key job responsibilities are detailed below. You will also be required to support other UTR! teams / initiatives during peak periods when necessary.

Reporting to the Coach Development & Scouting Team Lead, your key job responsibilities are detailed below. You will also be required to support other UTR! teams / initiatives during peak periods when necessary.
Job Descriptions:
Coach Development
- Conduct regular landscape scanning of the overseas and local football coaching scene and make recommendations to Director of Football (UTR!) on suitable courses to conduct for UTR! coaches
- Identify key areas for improvement and expand coach education and professional development efforts by implementing a structured continuous professional development programme for UTR! coaches.
- Assist in the implementation of Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) projects (covering coaches' development, talent identification/scouting etc to ensure opportunities for local coaches' continued learning & growth
- Support the implementation and administration of existing coach development programmes
Talent Scouting
- Support the implementation of the improvements/changes to the talent identification and monitoring system
- Support the execution of the talent identification and monitoring system
- Support Director of Football (UTR!) in the execution of Coaching Development and Talent Scouting initiatives
Project Management & Administration
- Drive the project management effort that progress UTR! Football Technical division's key projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to Director of Football (UTR!) and Team Lead (Coaching Development & Scouting)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above sport management, business administration or related field. Diploma holders are welcome to apply; renumeration / package will commensurate with candidates' qualifications and experience.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Business acumen and collaborative mindset.
- Culturally sensitive and open minded to diverse views.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, competing timelines / deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and collaborative in mindset.
- Can work independently and have problem solving skills and ability to navigate in ambiguous and dynamic work environment.
- Passion for sport (football), integrity, and a strong commitment to UTR!'s vision and mission as the national project for football.
- Certification in coaching (i.e. AFC C, B or A licenses) desirable
- This job might require working on weekends and/or travelling when necessary.
