Job Descriptions

• To develop and coordinate residents care programs
• Review programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting needs of all residents
• To develop and oversee programme to ensure quality control and compliance procedures
• Responsible for reporting requirements and updates to supervisor
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of service

Job Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working with the residents in the nursing home.
