JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Apply linguistic skills to produce concise and accurate translations.

2) Handling paperwork tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

3) Basic consulting, customer relationship management, handling customer complaints and solving problems.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree and/or above qualification in linguistic/language study, or other social science-related subjects/or language proficiency certificate

2. Proficient English and Chinese language skills due to high volume of Chinese-English translation.

3. Team player.
