Monthly Salary Range (Based on Experience):

• Commis III: $2,200 - $2,400
• Commis II: $2,350 - $2,700
• Commis I: $2,500 - $3,100
  Total Gross Salary: Up to $4,300++ (including OT, performance bonus & allowances)
  Sign-On Bonus: One-month basic salary (paid in full upon confirmation)

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare a wide range of pastries and desserts with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines while ensuring timely production
• Support daily mise en place and batch preparation for high-volume operations
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and FIFO practices at all times
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Guide and support junior team members when needed

Ideal Candidates

• Commis III: Fresh grads from pastry/culinary institutions or up to 1 year of pastry experience
• Commis II / I: 1-3+ years' experience in pastry roles, preferably in hotels, bakeries, or restaurants
• Keen interest in pastry-making, eager to improve, and team-oriented
• Able to adapt to rotating shifts, weekend, and public holiday operations
