Job Description: AP <ul> <li>Maintenance of Invoice Register and Process of invoices</li> <li>Process supplier batch payment / ad-hoc supplier payment</li> <li>Perform supplier balance reconciliation</li> <li>Prepare of accrual listing for month end closing</li> <li>Perform AP month end closing</li></ul> General and Others <ul> <li>Check import/export permits, including prepare monthly MES declaration summary report</li> <li>Assist in annual audit (related to own scope)</li> <li>Filing of documents on timely basis</li></ul> Job Requirement: <ul> <li>Diploma in Accounting or A levels with working experience.</li> <li>At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.</li></ul>
