The School of Business in Singapore Polytechnic is looking to hire a Temporary Project Assistant.

Responsibilities:

To assist in the planning, execution, and marketing support of various events organised by the Outreach and Student Development teams, ensuring administrative and operational services are seamlessly coordinated with all relevant vendors and stakeholders to achieve the team's objectives.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in social media tools and software, are also essential.

- Able to work well under pressure and be adaptable to changing event requirements.

- Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skills

Working Hours:

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Contract Duration: Able to commit till February 2026
