Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and input orders into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
• Ensure guest satisfaction and attend to any requests or complaints promptly
• Clear and reset tables between customers
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Provide recommendations on menu items and promotions
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines, including those under Singapore's NEA and SFA regulations
• Handle payments (cashless or cash) and issue receipts
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not required (training provided)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is an advantage
• Basic command of English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Greek) is a plus for communicating with a diverse clientele
