- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage project execution from start to finish.
- Develop and track detailed project plans.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough and updated project documentation.
- Coordinate works across internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
- Handle risk management and escalate issues as needed.
- Tender:
- Lead and manage tender processes.
- Guide staff in tender preparation and ensure timely submission.
- Attend site briefings when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic /Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lighting systems is a plus.
- Product training will be provided.
