• Industry/ Organization Type: Education / Montessori
• Position Title: Preschool English Teacher (L2)
• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 days, between 7am - 7pm (Shift-Based)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and conduct appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum
• Plan and deliver programs that support active learning both in and outside the classroom
• Track children's progress, complete reports, and maintain developmental portfolios for each child
• Establish effective classroom management
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment
• Work together with parents to support children's development
• Provide routine care and ensure children's safety and hygiene
