Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• All custom-made jobs
• Alterations to jewellery pieces
• Master mould making

Your scop of work will also include the following but not limited to:

1. Deliver highest levels of service to customers and to always maintain a clean and safe working environment
2. Carry out quality control to establish standards of quality and in a timely manner
3. Be meticulous and systematic in assessing jewellery pieces and to write/describe clearly on the job sheet what need to be done
4. Work in a responsible manner by using eye goggles, earplugs, gloves and padded clothing when necessary. Report all incidents/accidents and faulty machinery to your superior
5. Adopt the most effective and efficient methods to cut down the time spend on each repair jobs
6. Provide administration support and work closely with the Sales Department as and when required
7. Ensure good housekeeping of the department and ordering of chemical if required
8. Undertake special projects or assignment that are assigned to you from time to time by the company
9. Others

• Comply to technical guidelines set out by the company and ensure that quality repair is being carried out
• Discuss issues and provide feedback to superior to achieve productivity level
• Maintain all equipment in optimum working condition by doing regular maintenance which include washing, sterilizing, cleaning, etc.
