Product Development & Support

• Identify and source new products through exhibitions and trade shows.
• Evaluate incoming samples, ensuring compliance with Singapore standards and ease of installation and servicing.
• Review and localize factory manuals to align with local standards.

Packaging

• Design packaging, shipping labels, nameplates, and product labels for factory use.
• Ensure inclusion of WELS and Energy labels with user manuals.

Testing & Certification

• Manage submissions for WELS, Safety, Energy Label, Water Trust, and HDB.
• Work with factories and testing labs to secure product approvals and certifications.
• Track product certification renewals and ensure timely updates.

Quality Control & Aftersales

• Perform final production inspections before shipment.
• Serve as a communication bridge between factories and internal teams to maintain quality and support product innovation.
