We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Integration and API Delivery team. You will have the opportunity to learn and work with cutting-edge technologies, including MuleSoft and Workato, and contribute to the delivery of technical API solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to upskill and develop their expertise in technology consulting, integration and API delivery.

Primary Consulting Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior consultants and team members to design, develop, and implement API solutions using MuleSoft, Workato and Microsoft Azure.
• Assist in the integration of our Clients various business systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Participate in the analysis of Client requirements and contribute to the development of technical API specifications.
• Support the testing and deployment of API solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Clients and team members.
• Document project progress, technical solutions, and best practices
• Participate and contribute to team meetings and improvement initiatives
• Provide timely and accurate execution of administration processes (Timesheets, Expense Claims, personal assessments, company assets etc.)

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in integration technologies and API delivery.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with integration and API concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

What you'll achieve: 3 months

• Participate and in MuleSoft Technical Product training, Capgemini methodology execution, and understand our delivery practices
• Begin participation in Customer consulting activities and executing core skills gained from knowledge acquisition
• Execute MuleSoft implementations for Customers and start on your journey to internalize business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches
• Complete or update MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp on technology and implementation methodologies
• Exposed to business and technical analysis processes, technical solutioning and gathering of requirements

What you'll achieve: 12 months

• Continue to provide delivery of projects and successfully delivered high quality API solutions to one Client
• Gained experience in Client business processes, contributed to technical solutions and firm understanding of how integration advances our Clients business digital transformation
• Become a trusted team member and consultant to one Client
• Established strong relationship with our core delivery personnel located in our Delivery Centre of Excellence based in Manila
• Learned and gained experience in supporting technologies including Productivity Tooling and leading DevOps technologies
• Gained ability to identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout project experiences in the field and contribute to developing and implementing internal mitigation measures to meet Client needs
