Job Responsibility
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Track project performance and prepare reports to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues promptly to stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in waterpipe laying is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) at constructon sites will be considered an advantage
