Job Responsibility
Job Requirement
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Track project performance and prepare reports to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues promptly to stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in waterpipe laying is an advantage.
- Experience in managing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) at constructon sites will be considered an advantage
