We are on the lookout for a visionary Director to lead our storytelling across feature films, podcasts, and digital media. In this role, you will be the creative force behind the camera - interpreting scripts, shaping visual language, guiding actors' performances, and collaborating closely with writers, producers, and department heads to bring each project to life. Job responsibilities:

• \tDrive the creative vision for feature films, podcasts, and other video production projects.

• \tAdapt script and make improvisational decisions on-set to enhance emotional impact and narrative clarity.

• \tDirect actors and on-set activities to shape compelling performances and achieve desired character portrayals.

• \tWork with the Director of Photography to create shot lists, define framing, and plan camera movements.

• \tOversee the full production lifecycle - from pre-production tasks like storyboarding, casting, and location scouting to post-production elements such as editing, VFX and sound design.

• \tOversee rehearsals and ensure continuity and pacing in scenes.

• \tReview and approve edits during post-production to ensure final edits maintain high production quality.

• \tCommunicate effectively with all departments to ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements:

• \tBachelor's degree in Film, Directing, Media Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• \tMinimum 5 years of experience directing narrative content across film, television, podcast or digital media production.

• \tProven ability to direct talent and collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams.

• \tFamiliarity with industry-standard production and post-production tools and workflows.

• \tA strong portfolio or reel showcasing completed projects, demonstrating creative leadership and storytelling ability.

• \tReferences from executive producers or other production collaborators are a plus.
