Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Officer to handle the receiving of goods and materials. This role ensures that all incoming items are accurate, in good condition, and properly recorded in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods, materials, and supplies.
• Check delivery orders and invoices to ensure correct quantity and quality.
• Record and update receiving data in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for stock movement.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Label and organize received goods for storage or distribution.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the receiving area.
• Follow safety and standard operating procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• O'level or equivalent; additional training in logistics is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations preferred.
• Good attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Able to use computers or inventory systems.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving goods.
• Team player with a responsible and punctual attitude.
