Position: Shipping Officer (Export)

Location: near Joo Koon MRT (2 bus stops away)

Working Days: 5 days

Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 8:45am to 5:45pm & Fri: 8:45am to 5:15pm

Responsibilities:

~ Shipping (Import and Export) of MC Packaging Items

~ Knowledge and preparation of shipping documentation (Import / Export / LC / Documentation / Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement) in accordance to the country customary rules and regulations

~ Liaise with internal and external customers for shipment planning and job executions

~ participate in sourcing and compare freight quotation

~ Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure

~ Ensure compliance with import/export law and regulations

~ Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned.

~ Provide general global shipping market news to management

~ Implement creative work improvement ideas

~ coordinate/working closely with the team.

Requirements:
~ with minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics

~ Meticulous

~ Possess strong coordination skills and a team player
