Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tDesign and deliver personalised training and nutrition programs tailored to each client's goals.

\t• \tConduct one-on-one or small group personal training sessions.

\t• \tTrack and evaluate client progress regularly, providing feedback and motivation.

\t• \tEducate clients on proper exercise form, lifestyle habits, and nutrition.

\t• \tFoster strong client relationships built on trust, results, and accountability.

\t• \tCollaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
