Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the breakfast kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served consistently.
• Oversee the preparation of all breakfast items.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure sufficient supply of ingredients.
• Supervise and train the breakfast team.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to work early morning shifts (3am to 12pm)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
