The control room operator is accountable to the control room supervisor for the scheduling of security officers, monitoring check calls, responding to telephone and email queries and a variryt of administration duties. This will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes.

o Making sure that all equipment is working properly by visual or testing

o Monitoring system and equipment to ensure functioning properly

o Recording data from systems or writing down information on paper charts

o Controlling all system and monitoring to ensure their functionality

o Maintaining records of daily operations, including schedules and performance

o Responding to alarms by contacting facilities and initiate response procedures

o Documenting events in logbook or computerized system to track performance

o Responding to emergency by operating equipment such as alarm systems, etc

o Monitoring real time data from system and infrastructure installations
