- Compile all data on technic installations and operations
- Updating term contractors listing and contact numbers
- Monitor and update cleaning duties and rosters for cleaners.
- Ensure all contracts for cleaning, maintenance, security, mechanical services are compiled with and supervised where necessary.
- Supervise all building maintenance and recommend repairs where needed
- Meet and deal with occupant's queries and problems as required
- Submit period accounting of all pertinent data in relation to the property events, and actions that have taken place
- make reports that include the forecast of future repairs and maintenance
