Interior Sales Designer

Must possess great passion for residential interior design and have the desire to turn every home into beautiful, comfortable and functional spaces - home is where the spirit rests, rejuvenates, socializes, grows and emerges again; and also, representation of ownership, pride, love and family. In that sense, doing interior designing for a customer's home, is a privilege, requiring professional input and quality execution.

General criteria:

(1) Singaporean or SPR;

(2) Able and willing to work independently on full scale / partial residential renovation project;

(3) Understanding and able to do costing;

(4) Good at space planning (CAD) and have experiences working with customer to achieve desired plans;

(5) Able to execute projects from beginning till end with proper handover;

(6) Able to produce construction drawings (M&E, carpentry, tile layout, etc);

Future opportunity:

To become team leader, senior designer or product manager.

Customer type: Flat renovation - full or partial renovation.

Remuneration: Basic + Commission

You should have experiences in independently and successfully handover of projects (residential flats or condo at least) that were designed and managed by you; have good understanding of drawing-board-to-site processes; done on-site inspections, able to work within a team and managed projects from initial conception to completion.
