Accounts Assistant

5 days, 9.30am- 6.30pm

Salary: $2000 - $2300

Location: Bugis

Job scope:

Inventory - Local / Import / Transshipment

• Enter in the GRN from warehouse team
• Enter in the invoices from supplier
• Consolidate the PO and tally of the total figure from purchasing with the above documents
• Calculate the freight charges for per item if there are any freight charges
• Print the stock report under transshipment and the specific month
• Find out the sales export invoice number using the Riact system to search for transshipment
• Issuing of credit note and debit notes to supplier and take in the ones given by supplier
• Get the DO and GRN from warehouse team, and take note that which company transfer to which
• Creating new item code in Riact system

Cheque Issuing (Payment)

• Issue payment for all BL collection and certs
• Enter in BL charges
• Making payment entry for supplier and other creditors
• Issue cheque
• Preparing TT and conversion

General

• Insurance - Monthly to make sure the figures tally with our export invoice figures declared and enter in the figure in Journal Entry
• Other local audit confirmation
• Unpaid supplier list on every Monday
• Filling of all payment vouchers for all banks, and all purchases keyed
• Packing of all past year files to warehouse team in boxes
• Keying in all the payment entries for purchase (including TT transactions)
• Cheque deposit and enter in AR related to AP and GL
• Renewal of season parking
• Keeping track of telco bills and chasing staffs to make payment and keying into Riact system
• Keying in DHL invoices
• Keying and paying of credit cards for all sales and management.
• To send email to sales coordinator if there is any payment directly debiting customer.
