Our client is seeking a strategic and technically skilled ERP Systems Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on supply chain operations and the MedTech industry. This role plays a key part in aligning technology solutions with business goals, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance across all system functions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and optimize ERP solutions tailored to supply chain and MedTech requirements.
• Manage ERP system performance, upgrades, issue resolution, and ensure compliance with industry and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and enhance ERP capabilities.
• Develop and integrate ERP customizations and ensure seamless connection with other enterprise systems.
• Oversee data migration, maintain data integrity, and enforce data security protocols.
• Conduct ERP training and provide proactive technical and functional support to users.
• Generate dashboards and reports to deliver business insights and support informed decision-making.
• Ensure systems align with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and support audit readiness.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and external partners for updates, enhancements, and support.
• Lead ERP-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Document best practices, system changes, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Additional certification in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Infor SyteLine) is a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in ERP system implementation, administration, or analysis.
• Experience in supply chain or MedTech industries is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading ERP optimization or integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and business systems integration.
• Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and compliance tools.
• Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.
