Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound leads, providing professional mortgage advice, and facilitating loan applications through to successful disbursement.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong sales and advisory skills, market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from walk-in, online, and referred clients, providing tailored mortgage advice and solutions.
• Conduct outbound sales efforts to prospect new clients via phone calls, emails, networking, and partnerships with agents/agencies.
• Assess client needs, financial positions, and eligibility to recommend the most suitable loan products from various banks and financial institutions.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to negotiate the best interest rates and packages for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Singapore property market, mortgage regulations, and lending criteria.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property agents, developers, and banking partners.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures in all client interactions and documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mortgage broker or mortgage sales professional in Singapore is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of local property and mortgage market, MAS guidelines, and loan processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is a bonus.
