As the APAC Social Channel Strategy Management Specialist, you will support the APAC SMB Acquisition team in operations of Social Channels, including but not limited to, LINE, WhatsApp and KakaoTalk across the APAC region. You will be expected to support the channel strategy, which includes managing chatbots, providing analytical insights on new channel investments, and monthly chatbot reporting, as well as executing the go-to-market strategy. The role will also support the APAC Customer and Social Communications Assistant Manager in the APAC Social Communication strategy and ensure that it aligns with broader business goals.

- Serve as the subject matter expert in Social Channels, including but not limited to, LINE, WhatsApp and KakaoTalk across the APAC region
- Collaborate closely with APAC Regional Stakeholders to explore opportunities for service expansion within the Social Channels.
- Lead the ideation and implementation of new chatbot workflows, identify gaps within the knowledge base, as well as make updates to existing workflows, where required, for Social Channels in APAC
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and the appointed chatbot vendor, and conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure updates are being implemented accurately, ensuring an error-free experience for users interacting with our Social Channels
- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to relevant stakeholders
- Explore opportunities and viability to expand to other Social Channels in APAC region to replicate successful strategies in other APAC countries, subject to business directions
Social Communications:
- Execute the Social Communications strategy for APAC, ensuring alignment with overall Social Channel strategy and UPS branding guidelines
- Collaborate closely with APAC Regional Stakeholders to plan and manage the social calendar, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of posts, as well as contribute effectively through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage Social Channels
- Ensure timely upload of assets (image post, video post etc.) to maintain a consistent and engaging presence on Social Channels.
- Liaise with the Corporate Social team and Sponsorship partners to obtain the latest updates on content and identify opportunities for repurposing content for Social Channels
- Monitor and analyze social channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to make informed decisions for future posts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our Social Communications Strategy
Job requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Marketing Communications, Project Management or related field. Prior experience and knowledge in dealing with Logistics products and services will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, and experience in developing and implementing social media communications strategies.
- Possess strong project and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage and track multiple project development to ensure all timelines are met and hold functional stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities and deliverables
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new opportunities for innovation
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Experience with Canva Pro is a plus. Candidates are invited to submit their portfolios together with their job applications.
