Job Requirements
- Plan and carry out the new setup
- Provide guidance to the application user
- Provide application troubleshooting
- Log, escalate, and follow through with issues raised by users
- Support in the testing of new applications and enhancement patches
- Conduct training for users on the use of the application
Job Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
- Patient, polite, friendly, and helpful personality
- Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful, and independent
- Able to cope with a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an advantage
- Junior/entry-level are welcome. Training will be provided
