Job Overview:
As an Accounts Executive at our Golf Driving Range in Joo Koon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
• Support the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of all entries.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide necessary support.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in hospitality or sports.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office, with a strong command of Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
