Singapore Insurance Broker Company - Finance Consultant

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Financial Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process by engaging clients, handling sales-related inquiries, and providing real-time assistance to both the sales team and customers.

Compensation:

• Monthly Basic Salary (First 2 Years Commitment): S$3,000 - S$6,000 Fresh Graduates: Starting from S$3,000 - S$4,000 Experienced Candidates: Up to S$6,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and business accounts
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with a self-motivated attitude
• Maintain strong client relationships through after-sales follow-ups and service reviews
• Innovate and implement new product strategies to attract and secure new clients

Requirements:

• Minimum Local Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proactive and creative in problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levelsProfessional appearance and demeanor
